As an Irish person I can tell you that this event is getting far more media coverage than any other UFC ppv event has before it. Therefore it is great for the growth of the UFC as people from Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe are now sitting up and taking notice of the UFC. All previous UFC ppv events would not be available live on TV as Vegas is an 8 hour time difference but now that we finally have an event at a time which facilitates live TV coverage, rather than delayed coverage, and the UFC fan base in Europe will grow as a result which is very good for the sport. The card may not feature title fights but the fact the UFC is in town it is generating a lot excitment this side of Atlantic.
