I got the ¬£24 kitchen charge too… we can’t really complain at that tho - it wasn’t exactly clean.
I did manage to empty the fuckin freezer before leaving and a certain food cupboard!! And did you leave a jacket in your room? there was one on the bed.

i think the videos show the fun had tho…

Dunno, but a cleaning the fridge/freezer was one of the things listed on mine too. Perhaps they charged us all with a portion of clening the fridge. That means the fridge costing a total of about¬£100 to clean - surely its cheaper to buy a new fridge!

Why aren’t they splitting the communal charges between us all? I wasn’t charged for cleaning the whole kitchen but I was the only one with a freezer cleaning fine. Idiots!

I got charged ¬£24 for a deep clean of the whole kitchen. They have given my money back for the piece of burnt carpet they tried to charge me for although it was already there when i moved in.
